LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

Microfilm owned by the state of Texas but housed at the ETRC as part of the Regional Historical Depository (RHRD) program is available for interlibrary loan. All items are loaned for a two week period. To request this material, contact your local library. The East Texas Research Center can also borrow state owned microfilm from other depositories for the use of our patrons. Those requesting material must use the items within two weeks after the materials have been received. To request such a loan, contact:
