LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

The library director's office manages the public bulletin board. Postings
can be found outside the AARC. All materials to be posted must be submitted
to the director's office for approval and posting, and must be of general
interest to the faculty and students or sponsored by an on-campus
organization. Materials will be posted through the day of the advertised
event whenever possible, but when space is limited, older materials or
materials deemed to be of lesser interest will be removed. Personal
notices, such as for the sale of personal goods, will not be posted.
